You implement the law of attraction in your everyday life, every moment of the day without being consciously aware of it. All the same, you employ this law of attraction for things that you don’t desire in life, so the crucial thing to know, is how can you implement this law of the universe for positive results and ameliorate your life?
Your brain is working 24/7 while you are awake and while you are asleep. Yes, the brain never goes to sleep, no more than the heart does. Thoughts are traveling through the brain every fraction of a second. Hundreds of thousands of thoughts are going through and through our brain every day.
So, it is interesting to acknowledge that one of the main vehicles of the law of attraction is your thought process. You attract willingly or unwillingly by what you think and imagine in your mind.
The first effective way to draw what you want in life is by becoming “aware” of your thoughts. How can you do that? By sorting your thoughts. It would be inconceivable to be aware of all the thoughts you have in a day, but the goal here is to begin to become aware of your main thoughts during the day. To do this, start devoting 10 minutes a day to your thoughts. Just sit down for 10 minutes and try to “watch” what you are thinking of. Are they positive thoughts? Are they negative thoughts? What kind of thought are they?
When you are becoming aware of your thoughts, try to alternate your negative thoughts for positive ones. Do this exercise daily, until you are able to do it unconsciously.
The second effective way to use the law of attraction is through visualization. What is visualization? To visualize something is almost identical to thinking about something, but the difference is that it is going deeper into details. Just like a movie in your head. Visualize your goals, visualize your house, the way you want to look, the people you want to be with…. Visualize EVERYTHING you want to attract. Visualization is an all-powerful tool of the law of attraction.
The third effective way to apply the law of attraction is by emotions. Emotions that you put in your thoughts and visualization make the whole mental process much stronger.
Have you ever experienced a bad memory coming back to mind where you felt all emotions all over again? This happens because with the memory comes the emotions of the memory. This makes it about as strong as when the literal thing actually happened. This is why casting emotions to the thoughts and visualization of what you want will even trigger the procedure and the results.
Thoughts + Visualizations + emotions, equal a compelling formula of the law of attraction that will influence your subconscious mind which in turn will give you more positive results. Just remember, it works both ways. So make sure you concentrate on positive things and dispel the negative ones. You will begin observing a lot of changes in your life.
